Military Assistance Mission will continue to offer food assistance
to eligible Active-Duty, guard and reserve service members, whose finances have been disrupted by Coronavirus.

Eligible for Arizona Active-Duty, National Guard & Reserve military E-5 and below, as well as
Purple Heart recipients post 9/11 regardless of rank.
You must be stationed in Arizona and reside in Arizona to qualify for assistance.
Current service members must provide:
Current LES, Military ID, most recent orders to qualify for assistance.
Post 9/11 Purple Heart Recipients must provide:
Most recent DD214/DD215, Purple Heart Certificate, and One page VA rating.
Post 9/11 Combat Action Recipients or Equivalent must provide:
Most recent DD214/DD215, CAB or Equivalent Certificate
In order to process an application all information
must be present including copies of bills and military documents.
