Financial or COVID-19, you are eligible to apply again.
Each application will be reviewed and evaluated based on individual need.

Military Assistance Mission has your back! MAM will relieve our struggling
military families in this time of crisis. We will provide you with
an E-Card, to purchase essentials for you and your family.
All current Arizona military E-5 and below may be eligible for this assistance through MAM.
Assistance is currently eligible for Arizona Active-Duty, Guard & Reserve, ranks E-5 and below.
Current service members must provide a current LES, Military ID,
and most recent orders to qualify for assistance.
You must be stationed in Arizona and reside in Arizona to qualify for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: At this time, the application cannot be filled out from your cell phone.
You must use a laptop or desktop computer.
Applications are reviewed during business hours, Monday-Friday, from 8am-3pm.
