“Thank you for allowing me to feel like I wasn’t forgotten”

“Good afternoon, I just wanted to tell you once again how appreciative we are for the help your organization provided for my family. We are truly thankful beyond words. We are finally all caught up with bills. With me seeking treatment for my PTSD and other service related issues, starting and keeping a job has been difficult. I want to thank you for more than just the money, for allowing me to feel like i wasn’t forgotten and nobody cared about my hardships after getting out. I’m still in disbelief over this. This month was the first month that we didnt have to risk services being cut off, our rent is paid in full and what we had saved for rent has gone to our other past due bills. I thank you for helping me/ my family and most importantly veterans who are struggling.” – JB
